Explore Rapid Incident Reporting’s New UI: Simplified, Streamlined, Smart
When we said we were on a journey, we meant it. To help you accomplish tasks more efficiently, software needs to be intuitive, easy to navigate, and visually clear.
Today, we’re excited to share the next step forward: the upgraded Rapid Incident Reporting interface, now live for early access. Available through our Beta Program, client administrators can explore and interact with the redesigned UI using the new Product Switcher.

Why these changes matter
Reliable incident reporting is essential for workplace safety compliance. That means making incidents easy to report, simple to manage, and clear to analyse.
With this release, we’ve rebuilt the foundations with a modern design while preserving familiar workflows. The result: a faster, more intuitive experience. We’ve also introduced Copilot, our in-product AI assistant, to answer your questions instantly.
And we’re not done yet — more features are on the way.
What’s Changing
A streamlined Incidents list
- Dashboard is now “Incidents” — reflecting its purpose as a clear, chronological list of reports.
- A cleaner, flatter layout improves readability and scanning.
- Each report row shows the number and progress of Corrective Actions, with overdue dates highlighted in red only.
- A new square for Reports Awaiting Closure helps finalise reviews quickly.
- The Assigned To filter and “Assigned To Me” option make it easier to prioritise tasks.
- Clicking a row now opens the full report in a side panel — no more losing your place or switching windows.

- The form adapts to your input — additional fields appear only when needed, keeping it clean.
- Layout now flows logically: essential details first, then supporting information.
- Media uploads (photos, videos, files) are more prominent with drag-and-drop or QR scan options.
- Sites have their own QR code for quick, even anonymous, reporting.

Not all Reports are available in the new UI just yet, but they’re coming soon. Stay tuned via our newsletter for the latest updates.
