Over the coming months, we’ll continue modernising the remaining pages to ensure a fully aligned experience across the entire module. Our official support guides will also be updated to reflect the new design.

How to Access the New Experience
You can access the refreshed Rapid Contractor Management today via the Beta Product switcher.
This allows you to toggle between the classic and updated interfaces at any time. Nothing changes in your configurations, workflows, or approvals — everything continues to operate exactly as before.
As you explore, you’ll notice a feedback survey tool in the bottom-right corner of the interface. We encourage you to share your thoughts, report issues, and suggest improvements. Your feedback directly influences how we refine the experience before it becomes the default view.
